“No one will be able to be armed. We’re going to take all weapons.”
That was a New Orleans police official announcing that the (illegal) confiscation of all privately owned weapons in the New Orleans area was underway in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. This is a warning to Americans that the forces of global governance and “harmonized” laws are constantly planning for ways to take away your second amendment right to own guns. Unfortunately they are aided by some who believe that the laws being proposed are for the good of gun owners. See Katrina video.
In a world system of governance all regions of the planet will be harmonized and integrated. Laws and constitutions must be changed to be in accord with each other and facilitate the free movement of people and commerce across open borders. An excellent example is the European Union. We are on the same track as the EU but at a much faster pace. The first goal is an integrated North America, then the Americas, also known as the Western Hemisphere.
The current project on the path to a new world order in our hemisphere is the merger of North America into a trading region. It will be run by the NAFTA agreement between Canada, Mexico and the United States and the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America agreement of March 23, 2005 at Waco, Texas.
The road map for this corporate region is the Council on Foreign Relations plan for Building a North American Community. On page 10 of the plan is a call for an integrated police force and steps to keep track of everyone on the continent who buys ammunition and explosives. Legislation is necessary for this project.
The CFR plan, page 10:
“Security cooperation among the three countries should also extend to counterterrorism and law enforcement, which would include the establishment of a trinational threat intelligence center, the development of a trinational ballistics (bullets) and explosives registration, and joint training for law enforcement officials.”
(And a continent wide database. Don’t forget your REAL ID, which is your North American driver’s license and ID card. You can’t go anywhere without it.) See thesigintreport, new blog, archives, Sept. 24, 2007, ‘The North American Driver’s License: Preparation for a North American Union.’
In an effort to enact ammo laws, 18 state legislatures and members of the U.S. Congress have attempted to pass ammunition registration bills (so far unsuccessfully). This would require coding individual bullets “by laser etching the back of each bullet with an alpha-numeric serial number. Then when a potential criminal purchases a box of 9mm cartridges, the box of ammunition and the bullets coding numbers would be connected to the purchaser in a statewide (or nationwide or continentwide) database.”
If someone steals your ammo, then guess who would be held accountable for crimes committed. It would also give the government data on each individual who owns a gun, including the type of gun that fires that round, should that info be needed in the future by the rulers of North America. There is a multinational, multi-agency force being developed for a number of continental scenarios. See “new blog” link below.
This legislation is being pushed by an organization, ammunitionaccountability, that also has a patent for this coding process. All of the state bills have similar wording. An example would be the South Carolina Bill 1259. Some of the provisions are;
Sec. 23-31-620 “All handgun and assault weapon ammunition manufactured or sold in this State after Jan. 1, 2010 must be coded by its manufacturer.”
Sec. 23-31-610 ‘As used in this article, ‘coded ammunition’ means bullets carrying a unique identifier that has been applied by etching onto the base of the bullet projectile.”
(B) “No later than January 1, 2012, all noncoded ammunition owned by private citizens and retail outlets must be disposed.”
A “user fee not to exceed one half of one cent ($0.005) per round of ammunition or per bullet…” Check the legislation from other states.
Those who are constructing this North American Community behind closed doors cannot have private citizens owning guns. Once the people wake up to the reality that, in fact, their sovereign republic is being overthrown incrementally, over time like the European Union, some may decide that it’s time to take action.
The Council on Foreign Relations plan calls for a multinational security force, including U.S. military units, as part of a continental response force. See CFR plan link above, pp. 10,11,12.
Last year, George Bush assigned a permanent U.S. Army brigade, for starters, to eventually carry out North American missions. They will operate jointly with Canadian and Mexican forces as USNORTHCOM evolves.
To quote the Army Times on this U.S. brigade:
“They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control…Training for homeland scenarios (North America) has already begun at Fort Steward…” 2008
See new blog, archives, Nov. 1, 2008, ‘U.S. Army 1st Brigade Combat Team: Part of a Multinational Response Force for North America’ (USNORTHCOM)
This New World Order is in the process of construction. No matter what its final shape, it means that democracy and the sovereign nation will cease to exist. People, also known as ordinary citizens, will no longer have a voice in governing. Their beliefs and marching orders will come from the elite.
“Unlike constitutional democratic sovereignty, liberal internationalism seeks legitimacy not in democracy and popular sovereignty, but rather in universal principles of human rights. Such principles are unattached to the will of the people, except at the most abstract level in the form of the assumption that the decisions made on account of those principles are what the ‘people’ would approve of if they were fully rational, fully moral human beings.
“Liberal internationalism (the model) does, however, share with multinational pooled sovereignty the understanding that realism requires a transformative path to move from democratic sovereignty to global federalism.
“It thus shares with pooled sovereignty a common theoretical outlook that derives from the theory and experience of, and that reflects an enthusiasm for, the evolving European Union.”, Harvard Law Review, p. 1265 (The EU plan is being followed by the U.S.) [This document is no longer available.]
George Bush signed an agreement with the European Union on April 30, 2007 to integrate the United States and the EU, harmonizing and integrating economically and beyond. Members of the U.S. Congress and the European Parliament will continue to meet and play “a more active role…in the evolution toward an eventual Transatlantic Partnership agreement, embracing the economic, political and strategic totality of the EU-U.S. relationship.” See new blog, archives, July 22, 2008, ‘A Single Political Framework for U.S.-European Union by 2015?’
Bush, in a joint declaration from a meeting with his EU partners in June of 2008, said:
“We seek a world based on international law, democracy, the rule of law and human rights, and strengthened by broad and sustainable market-based economic growth…”
The message should be clear. There is a New World Order being created. George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Henry Kissinger are just a few of many who have praised and worked for this New World Order.
For Americans it means our constitution is on the hit list. Freedom of speech, as we know it, and the right to bear arms, are both marked for extinction. See, new blog, archives, Aug. 7, 2008, ‘European Union: Free Speech can get you 3 years in Prison. Is America next?
