President Obama and Prime Minister Harper of Canada announced their agreement to construct a North American perimeter around the continent in order to speed up the flow of people and commerce across our internal borders. Mexico is also on the list for finishing their part of the “common security perimeter” around North America, with help from the U.S. Merida Initiative.
This step toward the integration of North America requires an initial identification method , such as a biometric ID card, which would allow people and cargo fast, unimpeded travel across the interior borders between Mexico and the United States and between Canada and the United States. This is another part of the plan for Building a North American Community and can be found on pp. 8,9 below:
“The three countries should develop a secure North American Border Pass with biometric identifiers. This document would allow its bearers expedited passage through customs, immigration, and airport security throughout the region (North America). The program would be modeled on the U.S.-Canadian ‘NEXUS’ and the U.S.-Mexican ‘SENTRI’ programs, which provide ‘smart cards’ to allow swifter passage to those who pose no risk.”
Toward this goal, President Calderon of Mexico has announced a national ID card for all Mexicans. This is part of a universal civil registration program for every adult and child in a large segment of the Western Hemisphere. The info would be in easily accessed databases throughout the hemisphere once all 34 nations have united under a trade agreement, such as Obama’s Partnership for Prosperity in the Americas PPA. And in North America this would allow citizens freedom of travel throughout, once Canada and the U.S. have their biometric ID cards and Obama’s North American perimeter in place
“On Jan. 19, 2011, Mexico’s President Felipe Calderon signed an executive order requiring within the next five years all Mexicans 17 years old and younger to have a biometric national identity card that would include a facial photograph, all ten fingerprints, and an iris scan.
“To carry out the presidential order, the Mexican Directorate General of the National Population Register plans to go to all elementary schools in Mexico to record the required biometric information and issue individual identity cards…Mexico plans to issue over 25.7 million biometric identity cards to the nation’s children 18 years and younger.”
“Once the nation’s children are recorded in this biometric national identity database, the plan is to extend in a second phase the biometric identification cards to Mexican adults, with a third phase designed to establish a national registry for all foreigners residing in Mexico.”
According to the author, Jerome R. Corsi, those who have the biometric ID card “can apply for the Trusted Traveler of North America biometric border pass cards for rapid entry into the United States.”
Meanwhile, Janet Napolitano recently delayed, once again, the launch of the REAL ID biometric card for all Americans until January of 2013. Perhaps she has something else that Americans will be ordered to perform under penalty of non-existence if you refuse. That means you cannot function in society if you don’t have the proper papers and biometrics. That means a national ID card for every American. Perhaps a North American ID card with the logo of the continent.
An announcement by Homeland Security on November 30, 2010 stated:
“In Mexico City, Secretary Napolitano and Mexican Ministry of the Interior Secretary Jose Francisco Blake Mora signed an agreement expressing their intent to develop a Global Entry international trusted traveler program pilot between the United States and Mexico-leveraging the success of the United States’ Global Entry program to facilitate secure, legitimate travel between the two nations.
“Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows pre-approved members who have undergone robust background checks and provided biometrics expedited customs-reducing average wait times…At Global Entry kiosks, members insert their passport or lawful permanent resident card (or a North American border pass) into a document reader, provide digital fingerprints for comparison with fingerprints on file, answer customs declaration questions on the kiosk’s touch-screen, and then present a transaction receipt to CBP officers before leaving the inspection area.”
This program, according to World Net Daily, would make 84 million Mexicans eligible to “apply for Trusted Traveler of North America biometric border pass cards for rapid entry into the United States.” That would take away your illegal alien population because most everyone would be legal. They would already have their clearance.
Open borders and the free flow of people across our borders is the reason why our Republican and now Democratic, president, won’t secure the borders. That’s also why he announced that we are now building more ports of entry, more traffic lanes, more modern processing systems and no stoppage for the flow of commerce throughout North America. Our border with Mexico will be busy 24 hours a day as tens of thousands of Mexican trucks and trains travel from Wal-Mart’s port in Manzanilla, Mexico to destinations around North America. Are you getting the message now? There is no one in Washington to hear your complaints. No one.
Registration of all citizens is a global program. The European Union is leading the way with many of the people already on databases that can be accessed by both private companies and government authorities. When completed these regional databases can be accessed by other regions. Your name and info will be available to the world.
“Once you’re registered you have a legal identity. Without that, you can’t enforce any rights whether they are social or economic or indeed human rights. So the potential benefits for individuals are enormous. Unless you’re registered, you really are invisible as a person to the authorities in the eyes of the law and indeed to the government.” Carla Abouzahr, Health Metrics Network.
This enforced registration will insure that for the most part citizens will not be exercising free speech because in this New World Order, there is no free speech. There is free expression with exceptions. If you violate any of the exceptions (there are many) such as criticizing Islam as being evil, you can be charged in the EU with hate speech and arrested. If found guilty, the penalty is three years in prison. The EU is the model for international law. And all the regions will conform.
The EU and the U.S. signed an economic agreement to work for a common market on April 30, 2007 in Washington. Members of both the EU Parliament and the U.S. Congress are also working toward a closer political arrangement by 2015. These meetings have been going on for over ten years. (Just so you know that everything is relevant. There is a lot going on behind the curtain.)
So if you conform to the official edicts issued from the Ministry of Truth there should be no problems. If not…
Note: The Indian government has a plan to bestow biometric ID cards on 1.2 billion citizens. There is resistance here. Some of the opposition have even used the terms Big Brother and Orwellian.
As it looks now, most Americans will march quietly to their fate.
